Scope
Transportation Research: Part B publishes papers on all methodological aspects of the subject, particularly those that require mathematical analysis. The general theme of the journal is the development and solution of problems that are adequately motivated to deal with important aspects of the design and/or analysis of transportation systems. Areas covered include: traffic flow; design and analysis of transportation networks; control and scheduling; optimization; queuing theory; logistics; supply chains; development and application of statistical, econometric and mathematical models to address transportation problems; cost models; pricing and/or investment; traveler or shipper behavior; cost-benefit methodologies. Quartiles
The set of journals have been ranked according to their SJR and divided into four equal groups, four quartiles. Q1 (green) comprises the quarter of the journals with the highest values, Q2 (yellow) the second highest values, Q3 (orange) the third highest values and Q4 (red) the lowest values.

The SJR is a size-independent prestige indicator that ranks journals by their 'average prestige per article'. It is based on the idea that 'all citations are not created equal'. SJR is a measure of scientific influence of journals that accounts for both the number of citations received by a journal and the importance or prestige of the journals where such citations come from
It measures the scientific influence of the average article in a journal, it expresses how central to the global scientific discussion an average article of the journal is.

我院要甲教授在交通运输管理领域国际顶级期刊Transportation Research Part B发表综述论文

近日，由我院教师要甲教授、硕士生程紫怡、香港理工大学Anthony Chen教授共同撰写的综述论文“A Bibliometric Analysis and Literature Review of the Traffic Paradoxes (1968–2022)”在交通运输管理领域国际顶级期刊Transportation Research Part B正式发表。
论文对1986年至2022年有关交通悖论研究的期刊论文进行了综述。通过文献计量分析方法，围绕最具影响力期刊、重要论文、主要贡献作者和国家、以及关键主题分布进行了统计分析。同时，将190篇论文按研究重点分为五类：静态交通悖论、动态交通悖论、多模式交通悖论、交通领域的其他悖论，以及交通网络中的悖论与实践。在此基础上，对各类型的交通悖论研究工作进行了系统性回顾。最后，对未来交通悖论的研究方向及趋势进行了展望。该工作将有助于交通领域的研究者、规划者和工程师更加系统全面地学习和了解交通悖论这一反直觉的交通现象。
截止目前，要甲教授以第一作者或通讯作者在交通悖论研究方向发表期刊论文7篇，均发表于交通运输管理领域国际主流期刊，其中3篇发表在Transportation Research Part B（综述1篇）。截止目前，其在该研究方向上的国际期刊论文发表量排名世界第三。
本研究由国家自然科学基金面上项目(71871075)和重大研究计划集成项目(91846301)、中央高校基本科研业务费(DUT22RC(3)004)、香港研究资助局项目(PolyU 15221922)与香港理工大学土地与空间研究院项目(1-CD7N)共同资助。
要甲
大连理工大学经济管理学院教授、博士生导师、智慧交通研究院副院长。主持国家自然科学基金面上（两项）和青年项目、中国博士后科学基金面上和国际交流计划派出项目、CCF-滴滴大数据联合实验室首届盖亚青年学者项目等。主要研究领域包括交通网络分析与优化、公共交通与共享出行、交通系统可靠性与韧性、及交通大数据分析。目前，担任世界交通运输大会交通与物流系统规划学科交通网络分析与优化技术委员会主席、第四届管理科学与工程学会理事、第六届中国运筹学会随机服务与运作管理分会理事、交通运输工程学报英文版青年编委、Frontiers in Future Transportation编委、Advances in Transportation and Logistics编委等。
程紫怡
大连理工大学经济管理学院硕士生。主要从事交通悖论、交通网络分析与优化和网约车拼车定价策略等方向的研究。
Anthony Chen（通讯作者）
香港理工大学土木与环境工程系教授、副系主任、交通学科负责人。任职香港理工大学前，Chen教授曾长期在犹他州立大学从事教学科研工作，担任交通学科负责人。研究兴趣涉及交通运输系统建模、不确定下路径选择行为建模、OD表估计、网络均衡建模和算法开发、离散网络选址和网络设计问题、交通网络可靠性及其应用等。在Transportation Research 系列总计发表论文66篇（综述2篇），其中Transportation Research Part B 28篇（综述1篇）。现为国际期刊Transportmetrica A和Networks and Spatial Economics副主编、Transportation Research Part B编委。2002年获美国国家科学基金会（NSF）颁发早期职业生涯发展奖（CAREER AWARD），该奖是NSF颁发给青年教师的最高荣誉奖项。
期刊介绍：
Transportation Research Part B是交通运输管理领域国际顶级期刊，SSCI&SCI双检索，2022年影响因子为6.8，JCR分区Q1。该刊为英国商学院协会ABS四星期刊（交通运输管理领域专业期刊中唯一获评四星的期刊）、FMS A类期刊。该刊与Transportation Science为交通运输管理领域认可度最高的两本国际期刊。

近日，我校经管学院吴影辉副教授为第一作者的论文在交通管理领域国际顶级期刊Transportation Research Part B: Methodological（中科院一区）上发表。该论文题目为“Mitigating unfairness in urban rail transit operation: A mixed-integer linear programming approach”，江苏科技大学为第一作者单位。如何缓解城市交通拥堵，提高轨道交通运营效率，一直是交通管理领域研究的热点。该论文采用经济学的公平性理论，解决了乘客出行高峰时段轨道交通运营计划对乘客服务的不公平性问题。考虑需求时变与空间分布不均衡特征、先到先服务原则与严格能力约束，刻画了符合实际的乘客出行模式，构建了混合整数线性规划模型，以优化轨道线路时刻表与停站策略。鉴于该问题是NP-hard问题，提出乘客聚类粒度参数、设计缩减解空间预处理算法及求解实际算例的变邻域搜索算法。算例表明，该方法不仅可以缓解乘客服务不公平性，还能改善其他运输效率指标。上述论文的扩展研究成果以吴影辉副教授为通讯作者，江苏科技大学为通讯作者单位，题目为“An integrated approach of train scheduling and rolling stock circulation with skip-stopping pattern for urban rail transit lines”发表在Transportation Research Part C: Emerging Technologies期刊（中科院一区）上。 Transportation Research Part B: Methodological期刊（简称TRB）作为交通管理领域国际顶级期刊，在国内外交通管理领域享有极高的学术声誉，影响因子为4.796（2019）。Transportation Research Part C: Emerging Technologies期刊是TRB的姊妹刊，影响因子为6.077（2019）。这两篇论文是与香港科技大学的杨海教授团队共同合作的结果，研究工作得到了国家自然科学基金、校“深蓝人才工程”青年学者计划与中青年教师海外进修计划，以及香港研究资助局等项目的资助。论文连接：https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S019126152100076Xhttps://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0968090X21001881
