GEC是真的吗？ - 知乎首页知乎知学堂发现等你来答切换模式登录/注册通用电气GEC是真的吗？关注者7被浏览7,248关注问题写回答邀请回答好问题添加评论分享4 个回答默认排序见龙在野失去的一切都会随着时间全部还给你！！ 关注不少人还在咨询 GEC环保币是不是传销平台？中国裁判文书网中看到一起判决书，这里再次告诫参与者：GEC环保币是传销平台！自2017年2月以来，一伙犯罪分子打着环保旗号，仿造“世界环保创业基金会”网站，建立“GEC”平台，以GEC币不断增值为诱饵，组织线上、线下活动，大肆发展会员进行GEC币投资，会员经实名认证后加入组织，后台即送新会员一台微型云矿机，之后会员可以在GEC网内购买微型、小型、大型等型号矿机产出GEC币，也可以通过发展人员返市获得GEC币购买各型矿机产出GEC币。（非法社会组织：世界环保创业基金会）GEC组织有明显的上下层级关系，分别是会员、公会会长、创业大使、环保大使、国际大使，各层级以发展人数作为返利和晋升依据，收取直推人员入门费，会长以上级别收取GEC网内交易反利，具备明显的传销特征，现已发展参与人员200余万人。其中，绵阳市游仙区东宣乡人申某某发展人员达200余人。（文章来源：巴蜀反诈）组织者之一的黄某某（在逃）指示被告人仝某某、王某某（已判刑）领导潘某某、黄某某、杨某甲、杨某乙等冒充世界环保基金会员工进行工作。被告人仝某、王某在明知自己不是世界环保基金会员工，为了赚取工资和售卖ＧＥＣ币赚钱，伙同其他员工冒充世界环保基金会ＧＥＣ平台客服人员，利用平台后台为参与ＧＥＣ环保创业币的传销人员提供账号服务，利用ＱＱ号给出虚假信息蒙蔽参与者。被告人仝某参与工作室的客服工作，并售卖ＧＥＣ币用于发放员工工资及日常开销。其中仝某从2017年下半年加入传销组织工作，至2018年1月主动离开。期间其售卖ＧＥＣ币，非法获利40万元。被告仝某主动到案后，主动退还全部赃款。公诉机关认为，被告人仝某某在传销活动中承担管理、协调职责，其行为触犯了《中华人民共和国刑法》规定，犯罪事实清楚，证据确定、充分，应当以组织、领导传销活动罪追究其刑事责任。被告人仝某主动到案并如实供述自己的罪行，属自首，可以从轻或者减轻处罚，自愿认罪认罚，依法可以从宽处理。被告人主动退赃可以酌定从轻处罚，建议判处1年6个月以上2年以下有期徒刑，并处罚金，可以适用缓刑。 （文章来源：巴蜀反诈）被告人仝某的辩护人辩护意见为：1、被告人仝某某有自首情节。2、被告人积极退赃。3、被告人仝某在整个犯罪活动中所起作用不大。4、被告人自愿认罪认罚。5、被告人有主动停止传销活动的行为。6.被告人仝某某系初犯。7.请求对仝某判处缓刑。被告人仝某对公诉机关指控的事实、罪名及量刑建议均无异议，同意适用速裁程序，且签字具结，在开庭审理过程中亦无异议。绵阳市游仙区人民法院认为，被告人仝某在传销活动中承担管理、协调职责,构成组织、领导传销活动罪，应予以惩处。公诉机关指控的犯罪事实和罪名成立，予以支持。被告人仝某某主动到案后如实供述自己罪行，系自首，依法可以从轻处罚。被告人在案发后主动退赃，可酌定从轻处罚。被告人自愿签署认罪认罚具结书，可以从宽处理。被告人的辩护人的辩护意见与本院认定案件事实一致，应予以采纳。公诉机关量刑建议适当，也应予以采纳。 依法判决：被告人仝某犯组织、领导传销活动罪，判处有期徒刑一年六个月，缓刑二年，并处罚金人民币三万元。本案扣押被告人仝某某违法所得人民币四十万元予以追缴，上缴国库。资金盘项目都是以虚假包装，拉人头为造血，基本都长久不了，资金链断了，就立马崩盘！如果连资金盘都不会分辨，又怎么能在和操盘手的博弈之中占据上风呢？但大多数普通人是不太了解这个黑色行业的游戏规则，他们看不清自己所处的角色，所以往往被收割的就是这些人。对资金盘没有一定的经验跟认知的话最好还是别去触碰了。在这里劝告大家不要跟风而上，自己要学会去分析平台什么时候能入场，什么时候该规避风险提前下车了。清楚大势所趋，当众说纷纭的时候，有自己清楚的判断，能对自己的投资行为负责。想要获得财富，就要认清假象，投入其中，然后在假象被公众认识之前退出游戏。发布于 2022-07-28 16:44赞同1 条评论分享收藏喜欢收起陳先生 关注假的，不过三年的时间里确实缔造了很多神话，现在不建议入金了发布于 2020-08-14 16:32赞同添加评论分享收藏喜欢收起写回答1 个回答被折叠（为什

What is the J-1 Visa for Teachers?
J1 is the type of visa used for cultural exchange programs. ‘Teacher’ is one of the 14 categories of the J-1 Exchange Visitor Program. The Teach USA program allows qualified foreign nationals to teach full-time in accredited public and private U.S. primary and secondary schools (K12) for up to 3 years. After this period, teachers may be eligible for a 12 or 24-month program extension. Recipients of a J-1 visa can remain in the U.S. for the duration of their program, plus they may arrive 30 days prior and depart 30 days after the program ends.
Who is eligible for the program?
Teachers MUST;
Meet the qualifications for teaching in primary or secondary schools in their country of nationality or last legal residence;
Be currently employed as a teacher in his or her home country, or country of legal residence OR; İf not currently employed as a teacher, have within the past 12 months completed an advanced degree beyond the equivalent of a U.S. bachelor’s degree in either general education or in the specific academic subject field in which they intend to teach.
Have a degree equivalent to a U.S. bachelor’s degree in either education or the academic subject field in which they intend to teach;
Have a minimum of two years (24 months) of teaching experience at K-12 schools outside the USA.
Satisfy the standards of the U.S. state in which they will teach;
Possess sufficient proficiency in the English language.
Be of good reputation and character;
Be seeking to enter the United States for the purpose of full-time teaching as a teacher of record at a primary (including pre-kindergarten) or secondary accredited educational institution in the United States (pre-kindergarten teachers must teach full-time, and at the pre-kindergarten level, may teach only language immersion at an accredited host school)
Is there an age limit to apply?
No. You may apply to the Teach USA program as long as you are eligible.
Do I have to pay a fee to participate in the Teach USA Program?
GEC does not charge teachers a sponsorship (program) fee or a placement fee to participate in our program. However, there are some direct costs associated with the visa application process that you will be responsible for. Also, depending on the specific details of your individual program participation, there may be other costs involved.

An unlimited number of J-2 applications in association with the J1 exchange visitor is covered under this fee.

What is the salary of a GEC teacher?
As a program regulation, all exchange visitor teachers are paid on the same salary scale as U.S. teachers. Depending on education, prior teaching experience, location, policies of the district and kind of school to teach, the average annual salary of GEC teachers ranges between $38.000 and $ 60.000.
What are the estimated living costs in the USA?
Please consider the following information as a tool to help you estimate monthly costs for a single J-1 Visa Holder while in the United States of America. These monthly expenses are approximate only and costs will probably increase based on your location, life style and family size. Living in a big city is generally more expensive than living in a smaller rural community.
